if your submitted content is good quality and did seo friendly link building for that page. then it sure help you. Try to do link building of famous site landing page. For e.g. Submit your site on squdoo and promote that page. hubpage also good option to do that.

Link baiting is really just writing content that is useful to many, something that is exciting and worthwhile. It's takes talent.
