Google have our own algorithm according to those algorithm Google ranks any website. There is no any time frame to ranking on first page on Google it is depend upon keyword competition.

- Quality backlinks
- Social media reputation

There is no time limit to rank your site in Google. If you build quality back links to your site targeting your keywords, quicker the links get indexed quicker you get ranking.
