Does Google Favors Text Back Links and if yes then why?

yes google favor the text back link.
when we do the link building then we use the anchor text anchor text is text link and we do the link build on other site which sites pr is good then we give the good back link the us site.

somehow, Google (as well as other search engines), treats anchor text links with higher value than just a link. Google, then evaluates the "text link" to what the site's main site is, and that's how they point the relevancy value of a site to its given anchor
