Google again is on 10 Page Rank?
There is any policy the way Page Rank Algorithm applies because within month or so Google updated its Page Rank and also it happened with Twitter.

Still, I do not believe on Google because when Google updated own page rank at 27 June 2011, it was 9 pr but it again updated page rank and that time it increase own page rank 10 and my website page rank is also fell down.....................

yes,, the last update of Google was a bit confusing, i got good page rank of some of my website, even my you tube channel, Got good ranking,,,and i check that time on Google page rank it was 9.. but once again it rollback my page rank dropped and Google page rank increased from 9 to 10...
i didn't get about this,, can any body explain this?

Google get its page rank back but I don't understand why I don't get my PR back. My PR was 4 it gone 3 in last PR update.

I would be more shocked if Google will rank lower than PR5. They always make waves over the internet (not to mention they half own the internet world. lol ) so this is very well expected.
