Does anyone know what's up with the Google + social network? Is that worth joining?

Yes, it is working. It is a social networking website as similar to Facebook and others. The overall view and performance is good of Google+.

Yes you can join it, but it still in starting phase and will need some time to get more user on their platform.

Google plus is one kind of social media as like as facebook. facebook is very popular and google plus is new ones. In future google plus will be famous so you can join there and not to worry it is working.

Yes I think Google+ wants to beet Facebook, but it is very difficult.

I have not signed up for Google + nor do I plan to. I am only interested in social media that allows for the marketing/promotion of my sites. Google + has not intrigued me enough for me to give it a try.

I agree with you BiologyWebmaster. There are so many social networks out there that Google really is not offering anything unique. Additionally, I hard that if you are banned from Google+, you lose your entire Google account. So if you have a Blogger blog, Gmail acct, etc, then you risk losing all of that. That's enough for me to stay away.

you must join Google + for. It is helpful for SEO and Networking purpose.

For social network it's not worth it. but for promoting the site yes it is. Though officially it's not allowing to open business pages but +1 button and dofollow link helps you in SEO.

Recently i am using Google+. It is really nice.I think it has some possibility to beat Facebook.
