Default Is there a program that can efficiently enlarge artwork?

I want to make some prints on a 42" wide format printer, but all the pictures I have are only like 10" x 6" 300 dpi. I'd be happy with 150dpi, but that still is not close to 40". Any idea?

I know I can shoot some pics myself, but there are some pics on these stock photo sites that I just can't touch!

krazE added 10 Minutes and 0 Seconds later...

I've found a couple, but anyone have one with good feedback?

Unless it's a vector image, it will guarenteed become pixelated.
    That's teh way images work.

As for stock images, just buy the stock photo?

I am going to buy the stock photos, but I need them bigger. How does kinkos etc blow them up without them looking pixelated?

From what I know, unless it's done pretty much bit by bit, I doubt you can get proper scaling at home. :\

When Kinko's blows up images, they are typically photographs that were taken with a non-digital camera....Digital cameras can take some great pictures, but if the picture has a resolution of 1024x768, then expanding that image will result in a pixelated image. Film photo's don't rely on resolution, so an image taken with a 35mm camera can be blown up to a much larger size(sometimes resulting in a blurry image), it's a different story with digital photo's. In order to produce a quality large image from a digital image, you have to have an image that has an extremely high resolution.

Plugins are used for print, Web, and photo restoration work.
