I think I would have to agree with Jani here, they all look good but the 3rd one is definitly the best

I find it hard to criticize when I don't know the photoshop lingo. The second wallpaper, I don't know what tools you used but it looks like frost or something. I think that could be removed as it doesn't look good at all in my opinion. Around the same area you have multiple 'splashes' of the shirt, again I do not believe that looks good at all.

Again nice work - is it just me or does there seem to be a siemens router or something on the ronaldo wallpaper?

I like the second. Looks much better than the first. Don't like the text in the first, and it has no effects!
