    Default Question regarding flash websites.

I have a quick question, I've been trying to find the answer for ages but couldn't so I'll just ask it here.

Lets say I create a flash navigation bar, and content box, etc...different components, can these be put into a page using Dreamweaver and then linked together the classical way, or should a website be made completely from flash. See I've taken a look at some premium templates and they seem to only have certain components made in flash, and are then put together the old way without using flash for everything.

Now I know making the whole site in flash will reduce SEO, but is it better in most cases, because I'm trying to create a personal portfolio/possible services for graphic design site and I see most use flash and it helps give it a professional look.

Websites such as 2advanced.com (not related to me in any way, just an example site) seem to be made fully from flash, but still attain a lot of views.

Basically my question is, can a flash site be built in parts and then put together in Dreamweaver or will it be more complicated than that, or should I just do the whole thing in pure flash.

Thank you very much for your time.

ok, thanks, but I'm still wondering is it better to do it that way, build the site up in components, or just do the whole thing in flash....

If you aren't really worrried about SEO, go with a single flash file...
Use flash-remoting techniques to run forms/ load images/change text etc...

Yeah but putting a lot of flash files instead of just a whole one can hurt the way your page loads... but having flash on your site is still good for those visitors that want to view something else... lets say... entertained?

I do not advise having a full-flash. It will hurt your SEO if you are doing any or if you're interested in being on top of SERPs.
