Very simple, clean and looks professional, I'm not a big fan of the colors though

Forgot to add to the color suggestion, maybe add more happier colors, like red, more green, etc.

make it more fancy but not too much so it'll look attractive. Looks very ordinary, I agree with the others, change or add more colors.

I would suggest to make nice header images for your boxes. Don't use to much different colors (maybe some glossy effects); is it realized with divs or tables?
grey doesn't look very inviting;
Selling this for less than $30. New professional and simple layouts at template monster cost about $50 - $100.

Please use some color in your site so its look professional.

I like it. It fits a Web Directory very well; better than most I have seen, actually.

1) Looks clean and professional
2) pleasant to look at
3) i just wish that the fonts are bigger for those articles showcased in the middle.

The color and design is nice. But! you have too many categories in the front page. you could have kept the Headings in front and rest inside. It's to crowdy right now.
