Hi, I don't think so. But here is something that might be of help here. And these will help you build your site Kompozer (free) or dreanweaver (quite costly). Plus you get a comprehensive tutorial with them:

You can only "Design" a site in photoshop, can't develop or code it.

First design a site in photoshop then code in dreamweaver.

Thumbs up Re: Can I Develop a site in Photoshop?

Yes, Jani is right. You can only build a web template in Adobe Photoshop. You can customize (edit) an image template in Photoshop. Then you need a software for coding. Popular HTML, CSS coding software are Dreamweaver, Microsoft Frontpage, Coffee Cup HTML etc.
    I hope, this will work.

Now that someone has mentioned it, I agree that FrontPage is quite a handy tool. It isn't advanced as Dreamweaver but it certainly gets the task done quicker than say NotePad.

Being very visual, I find it easier to start with an image when I design a Website, and these are the basic steps I follow:

    1. First, using Photoshop, create an image that mimics the general layout you'd like to use for your site.

    2. Once you're happy with the image you'll need to "slice" it up for use in your Website template. In this process, it helps to have a working knowledge of HTML. You must know how tables work, so that you can slice your image in a way that will work with tables.

    3. Then it's time to create an HTML document that's comprised of those slices. This will become the template you'll use to create all the pages of your Website.

I think coding in tables very old fashioned. The new coding preference today is CSS according to most users on my host's forum when I asked.
I learned tables first and once the industry shifted to CSS, so did I.

You can just design a website on Photoshop! because Photoshop is fully featured Graphics Editor and can design things whichever you like ?
