why not try out one of the many crowdsourcing websites that have sprung up, like crowdspring for instance, you pay a deposit, a bunch of people come up with the goods, you pick the one you want, that person gets paid - everyone else has put all that hard work in for nothing. Crowdsourcing works well for buyers, but I think those offering services end up with not much from it, but from what I've seen much of the work on offer is of a high quality.
