Try to search over Google "free flash tutorials" and I am sure that you will find exactly what you are looking for. Some eBooks would also do just fine!

If you can, I would recommend getting yourself a book. Whenever I start something new that is quite complex, I find that having a book to work from is much easier than flicking between a browser and whatever application I am using.Plus a book is handy to have next to your computer for quick reference.There are plenty on Amazon if you are interested.

That said, if you just want online learning material I have found kirupa.com to be great and gotoandlearn.com has good video tutorials on more advanced topics.Gotoandlearn is undergoing some changes so its not as functional as it used to be but if you have an flv player, you can still download the videos.

Iam using this every time when i have some doubts.

I recommend you do search for video tutorials , when you just started
video tutorials are the most helpful ones.
