Hi, everyone. I need help. A few days ago I got an email from a company with which I host my wordpress blog telling me that my database overloads their servers and I should correct it or my account will be disabled.

I checked but everything seems alright to me and yet they insisted it exists. Please can anyone give me a clue how to check hacked databases.
