    Default HTML

    hiii friends, i m new in designing so plz help me out. Can i just put the XML declaration in top of existing HTML document?And can in Intermix HTML 4.01 and XHTML documents?

    No HTML is not in XML format, in XML you define your own tags. on the other hand HTML have predefined tags.
    You have to make necessary chances to make the document proper XML.

    Lets be very clear here, XML is not HTML. XML can be included via code into an HTML document just like CSS can be but not directly into the HTML file.

    Hello, W3schools is the best tutorial available online, you can use that if you have any query regarding HTML, XHTML, XML, PHP etc..

    i also so much ab out your topic but in my opinion these are quite different things html is used for web design and xml is used for maintain database how it is stored in database...................................

    yes u r right i want to share that XML,HTML and DHTML all are different things but these played an important role are to devlpop a Web as well as Window application..........................

    Whoever named these languages made it so confusing. I had a similar issue when I first started as well - I could not differentiate these languages because their names are so similar.

    After using them and finding the difference, you will easily differentiate between them.

    Hello Friends

    The Both HTML and XML are different.

    HTML means Hyper Text Markup Language.By HTML you can do designing.

    XML means Extensible Markup Language.By XML you can manage your website database.

    So both are totally different.

    The best way to use doc-type in webpage to copy it from Dreamweaver or you can find it on google too as i use to do.
