    Default Help

I have a few "maybe simple" problem with a site I am updating.

    1. I would like to integrate some sort of online chat/help app for clients to talk to reps for this Christmas Stickers Site I am working on, if you look at the format it is somewhat full of content.
Any idea's on how to place it so to be noticeable without being dominant in the current theme?. It would also be helpful if someone could suggest an open source chat client that is not to hokey for me to play with. Thanks in advance, Jacob

There are a lot of PHP Chat clients out there. You just have go Google to find them or use Fantastico if you have cPanel to automatically install them.

It is a pretty established PHP script genre so you can't really go wrong with any one but choose the ones you can customize for your needs for example; TEMPLATE.

Also, here is the list of included scripts on Fantastico so if you have cPanel you can install them: Fantastico Scripts - Included Scripts

Look under Customer Support. Those are the chat clients I think you should be looking to install. And since all are PHP, they are very open source so you can customize them easily. HTML is used for templates so altering the "look" is simple.

    Hi,
I would suggest you to place the right links
    1)Our product
    2) more information to left and then you can place chat on right corner that would be better
