I've been looking into adding a CRM to my site... does anyone know any good open source ones to use.

Im running cpanel and i know cpanel proide a crm that isnt free just wondering what was out there.

Should contain

List of customers + contact details + Address
List of services
Automated Invoices (anually for webhosting / domains)
Support Ticket System
