Looks OK. Only concerns for me, that the header area seems little too big? Or was that the idea of design?
The Home Company Services buttons come half way down the screen.
You can make the IQ logo small and fix it in the background, little up from where it is now. And move the 4 boxes up a little.

I like the colors but its to dark for me and I think the Nav is to big. That's prime real estate for content and the focus of your site. use it wisely

its not balance at all.put some content on the right portion,header seems to be too big. but all in all its ok.

same with sunlista,you should maintain the balance of the content of your website,caus right now,its top heavy and left heavy,always keep that in mind cause balance content website looks clean and professional to the visitors.

Hi, Steve! What colors can you suggest me to use?

use complete brown color or coffee color, if it was a coffee color then it would look more creative

I don't know about everyone else's opinions, but it looks great to me. Obviously there's always room for improvement and I, personally would have had different colours, but I think it looks perfect the way it is.
