I like the flash anime BUT it takes a little too long to load... check out the load time...

It has just flash animated header. The loas spees is fast. I think you have some problems with your Web browser

Good flash header, But way too heavy.

flash always loads slowly as they consumes lot of memory and bandwidth.

I don't agree with you dynamic flash animations load fast. I have made a lot of works using Adobe Flash software

a little over 2.5Mb loaded on the page (I know its a preview page - but at least a meg of that was the flash movie).

I'd say thats too much for a webpage like that, and a lot of it was the flash movie - so I'd take a look at that., anyone on a slower connection will have left the site by the time it loads.

Other than that I'm not a fan of the navigation at the top - but the rest of the site looks pretty good.

I don't really like the navbar, but the rest of the site is pretty good. Still, it loads pretty slow.
