    Hello ,

Note pad++ is best for editing small number of files when we are dealing with large
frame work then it is better to use eclipse or net beans

It's like any other basic text editor, has syntax hylighting and line numbers. Thats about all you need for HTML/CSS coding.

It's pretty balls for anything more advanced though. Better to get a proper IDE.

So the $100 question is ANSI or UNICODE? I looked at another forum and they were saying UNICODE. Any thoughts?
