I guess it's a good question, but no one wants to answer, lol.
For me I'd say when I can support myself and still have money left over, hasn't happened yet. Don't have to be very well known to be successful, but that depends on the type of success you're talking about I guess.
I'd call it successful when you have a steady daily income.
If your website is well known, but no revenue, I wouldn't call it "business".
Hi everyone,
I am new to internet marketing and hope to start earning to get a passive income via Adsense and clickbank product towards Finanical Freedom

I'd say it's successful when people who flock to your site actually buys something or wants your services.

successful = when it's profitable. Profitable over and above a reasonable wage for your efforts.
interesting opinions.
i haven't heard of just plai "personal satisfaction":grin-e:
^ I guess personal satisfaction comes when you're actually earning from what you are doing. If your expenses are more than what you're earning from your site, it would be pretty hard to feel satisfaction from that, IMO.
I'd say when it becomes profitable. Adsence and clickbank both can seem so impossible, if most people think you are going to make a dime off anything they will go out of there way to stop it, no matter how much work you put in to it.
In my opinion it depends on how successful you want it to be.
For me success is when it reaches the earning that I'm satisfied with
It's successful when you have enough money to throw around at people to do small tasks for you therefore making it even more successful! If you aren't worried and have enough to live on comfortably then it's successful! Hope this helps! Just don't give up!![]()
