bad experience with templates.com

A teplate site which allow designers to create an account and upload their works. We can set the price of out templates.

I had a very bad experience with them.

I have created one account and uploaded 5 templates. 2 templates sold (not buy out) and it shows 42 $ in my account. But when i checked the payout section it shows nothing!!!. I have informed them regarding this.

Their contact us form was not working, so i collect the email id from their code and send a mail to that id which is the only way to contact them.

But there was no reply from them. Later when i logged, my account balance is '0$' in the templates listing section too!!.

I have searched about this site , and found same complaints in alexa's reviews. It was not able to delete the sold templates. So i just increased the price of templates to prevent it from downloading.

I have informed them not sell my templates thru their site.

Later I found the domains status : frozen/ not active

I can say that the person who running this site is a fraud. Please don't deal with them.

Now they have a "Coming soon..." page. Iam not sure whether the owner changed or not.

Is there any way to take legal action against them?
I have a copy of those templates.
But I don't have any other proof, because the old site is down now ...

I am not sure to be honest. Usually these things aren't worth it, it would cost more to have it dealt with, I am sure these places know that and that's why they do it and continue getting away with it. They're an internet cancer, call them Fryman.
