Auto reply question

If both the parties using an auto reply and the first one sent a mail on 10AM and set an auto reply after that.
Second person was away and his auto-reply option is on.
The mail reached at second person's mail box at 10.10 due to server busy.

So, what will be the process? Both the parties will get auto generated emails until the inbox is full ??

Iam curious....

I think not, some and I would love to assume most of email auto responder have the feature that doesn't auto-reply the same sender persistently.

I've wanted to do a similar test with country redirection:

1) Redirect all American visitors to page A over to Page B.
2) Redirect all American visitors to Page B back over to Page A.

How would the server react? How would the web browser react?
