Am wondering how many ghost companies exist in the net. My experience is the one called online.net (www.online.net). These people in most cases never reply to any question you ask. If they do reply, they do not know the answer. They give you links of internet resources that you can find through google or any other search engine. They have never forgotten to show up to remind me of the renewal of my account. Again, they do not have any phone number.

I like to move to another hosting but am troubled finding a reliable one.
