This host has turned into the worst experience we have ever had in 11 years on the internet. We started with them about a year ago and for the 1st 7 months everything was fine. Now our sites have frozen up and been off line every night at the same time and several times throughout the day for the past 4 months straight! Off line for upwards of 30 minutes in most cases!

And every time their India based tech support feeds us the same line of crap every time. "We have looked into and fixed the problem and the servers are running fine". I have spoken to the owners and they still fail to address the issue, in spite of us threatening to pull our accounts! They don't care!

VERY frustrating because I have over 45 accounts with them I have to now migrate to another host provider!

If anyone knows of a great H-Shpere based hosting company please let me know!

I have over 75 ticket reports telling them my sites are down once again! They have never fixed this problem and now we are forced to move on!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS! If you need proof that they SUCK, send me a request and I will email you samples of my tickets!
