Hi. I was never involved in our website's management until now, so I apologize for not being technical.

Our website, www.ajaygulati.com, is hosted by 1planhost. It has totally stopped working, I can't get into the backend or check mail. We are losing serious exposure and money. Clients are calling me to tell me they can't access the site and so can't write news articles, or buy the paintings. It's so sad.

I've tried calling and sending e-mails, and just get nothing.

I'm already looking for another host. Is there anything that I can do as far as a refund, or action against 1planhost?

Yes you need to check there TOS to see what their refund policy is. If all else fails you can do a chargeback to get your money back. Good Luck!
