Today i found a website which apparently estimates your site worth called PeekStats Website Value Reports. I checked my site's worth and results were pretty shocking. Tells me estimated traffic is around 500k views which is pretty close to reality and also the monthly income is close to what they say there.
How can they estimate that data without me giving out any info

I know that to create a website to pay a lot of money.And it's unique.The valuation of website is a lot.Because our turn over and our work and all that depends on our website.so,

This service sucks, it cannot even find my website, tried http://www also just www. and even without www.

It is not even able to locate my site, saying that it does not exist when my site has been around for more than a year, on google yahoo and bing.

PR4, how the hell do you mean my site doesnt exist.

I'll give try to this source - it wil be interesting to evaluate my website as well as the sites of my competitors!

I evaluated my sites but I got lots of information wrong like yahoo backlinks, visits, competitors site lists etc. Did anyone get same problems?

It just tells me:The requested site could not be indexed at this moment. Try again at a later time!

There are a lot of those sites out there, they usually pull their info from Alexa nd check for backlinks in Google and Yahoo.

I would take those results with a large grain of salt.

Yeah, if you look around there are even some threads here where people post the results they get from the different sites.
