Thread: Experience with Safari Browser

Hi,

I know Most of the people use Mozilla,Google Chrome or IE for browsing, has anyone used safari browser?

I have used it, but find it to heavy to start.Take lot of time in opening up.

I would like to know how has been your experience with Safari Browser.

Yea I used it a month ago. I so hated it. it's not user friendly at all. They say it's fast but I really doubt it. Every time I open it they take me to their apple web shop and i couldn't find the way to change. Opera in this sense much better. When you open you will find the tabs you worked on last time.

I also used Safari before. It has many lacking features. Some plugins are missing that I could not fully enjoy the use of internet. Some scripts went crashing in Safari. But I guess if you are a light browser just to open text-based sites then Safari is fine.

It's a pretty cool Browser, I used to use it all the time. It's constantly updated so that makes it pretty good but I had to stop using it before I got into IM because it lacked certain features in the pages I liked such as Facebook, like I said, it's constantly updated so they might have fixed that, I'll have to recheck it but it is a good browser nevertheless.

I also have several browser using experience but I prefer Chrome.

Never knew why Safari Browser still exist after its failure to get the support of the universal browsing public. Wish they may upgrade their service so as to at least keep up with chrome and firefox.
