Anyone using MSN Messenger?

Well, I think I'm finally going to start signing into MSN again. If anyone wants to add me to their MSN messenger to talk sometimes, feel free to post yours and I'll add you.

I talk here regularly cause it's open and fun, I don't like the one-on-one, must just be me, I feel like my space is being invaded when I get on IM. I don't use any unless I have to, my preferred one is Yahoo Instant Messenger.

Meh, I can't stand Yim.

Msn seems the most advanced to me, especially with custom skins / beta releases and stuff.

But see, I talk regularily on my own forums as well.
But I have too many real life contacts that don't go on my forums.

So I use msn, since I can't stand the phone. ;P

Yahoo Messenger and MSN are partners now. You can talk to people on MSN from Yahoo and vice-versa Colleen.

Also, you can IM in conferences, so you can invite your friends to come into the 1 on 1 chat and have a few people in the same window all talking to each other.

Mini chat room if you look at it that way.

That used to be a hoot when I had lots of girls to talk to at once and we'd get one male in and torment him, love it, it's so fun!

Seriously C, You don't IM anyone? I live on it too. It is like the best way for my fiends to contact me anymore now that I live online working. Plus its good when you are trying to avoid your work LOL I use them all though, ICQ AIM, Yahoo and MSN can get confusing at times if your on multiple conversations on multiple IM's

No, if I do it's work related, tracking someone down to get their butt in gear. I have no use for it, it frustrates me very badly to be on those.

An example, yesterday I had to track someone down for work, I left Yahoo logged in and some guy, though I am invisible, I used to be on his list, so it appears everyone can see you on if they're not in your list and blocked from viewing you, that's real dumb. Anyway he's telling me who he is and what he does and that he's from v7n, and crap. Asking about me, like I care about some stranger and what he does, etc, wasted my time, I logged it out, it irritates me so badly, all these people want to yammer about nothing, what's the point? I am also not one for phones. I guess I have no use for constant chit chat.

I barely use mine either, only sign on if I have to meet someone. I hate getting interrupted when I'm trying to work.

I'm the opposite I have a hard enough time keeping to one task with all the things I have to do. Right now I'm supposed to upgrading a vBulletin install but here I am posting on WTF.

Then there's my media player, I'm always fiddling with the playlist.

If I stopped screwing around, I might actually make a few bucks. I'm a child of the 90's I'm almost guarnteed to have ADHD.

When I was younger, I used to do many things at once talk on a 3 way phone convo, IM with 3 different people and be writing an email in between.. Nowadays if I try everything gets scrambled, I start talking about the email I'm writing and typing what I'm saying on the phone.. It's not pretty, especially when your talking to your girl friend and emailing your boss!

I used to do chatting a lot on Yahoo Chat Rooms when I didn't know about forums... but when I knew about forums and after spending some time on them I really like talking on forums. Now I don't like chatting very much. I have only few people added on msn and some of them come online only for few minutes.

But I will add this guy because he is good in designing and I want to make friends who are good in designing
