hi ,i have build a new site:i want to develop more traffic to it ,i want to now how to using digg.com to develop links ,thank u

Write good content people want to Digg. Also be smart with your article titles.

On Digg, you’ll want to digg a lot of other sites, not just your own. Also, find friends, interact and of course digg some of your own quality content (and shout it) for good measure.

I have always favoured selective digging as far as your own content goes i dont want to make it too obvious.

i'm not into the idea of building links using Digg but i do believe that they drive great traffic

Digg is not used for link building, they might be just 1% of it.

Just write good articles and digg them, I used to Digg daily 4 articles, You can also use delicious and propeller

you must create a network of friends so that they will digg your content as well as you must put quality stuff in there too

well can digg links be helpful in getting page ranks >> ans is yes because when i see my backlinks in google webmaster tools i was able to see backlinks from digg that means it is counting it also

You are right, digg can help increasing page ranks and I am pretty sure that digg is also used for link building along with other social bookmarking sites.

digg is a good but there are lot of social bookmarkings sites,write a very interesting article with your site and submit it to different social bookmarkings site.

The more you post interesting and informative content the more people
will digg your page. But be careful with digg's strict policies.

digg is good for traffic not a link building.. but again if you want good link with high pr search for old articles that are 6+ months old and have high pr.. and post you reply with link..

you can also look for others like propeller.com which i used but i think it can be also good....just use and see if it can help in getting some links

Write quality content. People try to mess w/ Digg all the time but its really good content that will always do good.

Uniqueness holds the key, if ur article is unique, u find more people digging u...
Also Stumbling gives u a lot of traffic at times!

1) digg is good for quick indexing your website. You need to have valuable news and attractive title

2) visit other diggers and digg their posts, the ones you like and provide valuable comments

3) acquire friends

3) send shouts to friends that do not mind accepting shouts and respond to their shouts

It's very important to "make friends" with people who are interested in the same topic. It means that they will not only digg but share your link and comment it.

i actually don't digg to link build but i use it to drive traffic

If you want your site/ blog recognize in Digg, create a catchy article and also title for it. Vote other diggers articles, add friends and interact with them.

Digg is good for traffic and since people are abusing it, digg has been very vigilant nowadays as people's account have been disbale. So be careful and smart with using digg.

Usually i use digg to do bookmarking which will helps in indexing and also traffic.

Content is king , content drives diggs , stubmleupon .. etc

digg is only to digg not for link building. This is book marking sites not link building sites. There are over thousands of sites where you will be able to build your links.

I don't know if digg still really generates a good traffic nowadays. I guess they are really more strict about putting up links that the worst thing you can get is to get your site banned on them.

Digg is a really good place to get links, I have found the best way is whenever I unleash a new video, article, or even pic I submit to digg. Be careful to not go over board submitting a bunch of stuff in one day or you run the risk of getting banned. To submit to dig all you need to do is sign up then once you sign up they have the option to submit new click it put in the URL then choose between image video and pic then click next insert title and description and your link will be up.

Yeahh as all the mate says write some good and unique content for your site and also do not forget that write it in that manner so people take interest in your content.

Social bookmarking has always been one of the favorite weapons of combating search engine wars for the SEO people. So yes, sites like DIGG help greatly.

Just register and give 3 to 4 lines about your site and submit.

write blog and submite it to digg ,do digg link exchange using youdigg.me and you will generate good traffic

i think you should try to make a group of about 400 to 500 digg people i mean friends and then ask them to digg for your digged article this will give it extra weightage and it will stand at good position in digg's main page resulting 10000's of clicks.....remind you don't take short cut of trying to register yourself from different names

It's hard for to build links in Digg unless you get on the frontpage.

I totally agree with you. If its on the front page then you might have the traffic which would ultimately blow away your hosting server...lol! But otherwise, the help coming from Digg is probably negligible. Maybe it depends on the story that you put in. If it's really earth shattering, you might get what you want, or even more. But if it's something that really doesn't matter, then you should really not bother about posting there.
