Thread: Is Search Engines distinguish between Combines words in domain names?

For example, say someone wanted to combine the word SEO and Ohio for a domain name.Lets call it SEOhio.com
In this criteria someone searching SEO in google, the word "SEO" highlighted and taken into account for search engines Or only the word "Ohio"?

that's a good one. i have no official answer but would guess that google wouldn't recognize both words. i think you'd need an extra O--"seoohio." this topic is similar to the concept of killing two keywords with one stone. let's say you had two keywords--"big real" and "real estate"--that you wanted to rank. you could just make the one keyword "big real estate" and i think you'd get the same leverage that way.
