Can't find a link??

Hi,

I waiting for my host to get my site back online I have had some extra time. I thought I would do some checking around.

I went to google and typed link:freewomensblogs.com

What I found that shows up is 6 links but, I can't seem to find my site listed on any or the pages googles says has it.

Can someone explain this to me?

Just a curiosity on why the Wall Street Journal would link to me?

What sometimes happens is that a site temporarily uses one of your WP themes, Google crawls it and finds your link, then the theme is replaced meaning your link is no longer visible (but it takes Google a while to notice this). One of those sites is a social bookmarking/content scraping type thing - your link has obvious been crawled when it was on the front page, but it has now migrated into the archive.

I understand about the using a WP theme.

Anyway of finding an archive page?

I really want to know how I was linked on the Wall Street Journal site?

I have one site that always shows at least one referrer as www.microsoft.com/vista each month

May be your site is banned by Google. So this happen with your site. When Google banned site at that time you can not find your site in the search engine.

Hi,

I don't think that is the case. If it was banned I don't think it would show up in the search a all.

Google not showing th ecurrent status of BL... shows prior status while its indexe.. google updateing regulerly but showing only is some intervell of time... this according to thee site quality
