Website population and popularity

My website healthy-ojas. com was started on September 2008, almost 10 months completed. The web site is about diseases (diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, eye defects and sleep disorders) and its treatment by modern and alternative medicine. The site has more than 200 pages, home page has page rank of 3 and Alexa ranking is 5 lack 50 thousand. But I am receiving only 35 visitors per day.

I am struggling to increase the population, page rank, popularity and request your valuable advice and guidelines.

Add sitemap to google webmasters and use social bookmarkig for getting more traffic to your site.

Social bookmarking and networking might push some traffic to your site. Try it out. Also, try to provide a good content. That can be a big help as well.

With a website about info such as yours perhaps article writing. If you become an expert within the health niche you should get decent traffic. U r going in right ways.. 30 visters from Google ?.. if so better continue the promotion for few months will increase.. The age of site and BL is an important factor

Hey you can choose more key words which are search by people and work on it so you can get more traffic to your site.
And do SEO for new key words so you may get more traffic to your site.

try social bookmarking and blog commenting, participation in forum that is relatedt o your site is also good in driving traffic....

well not bad at all you can actually continue to manually submit true directories everyday to pump it all up.

In addition, why not join alternative health forums and use the link to your site as a signature? You could also spread the love on your Twitter and Facebook account, that will help you gain additional traffic.
