Link building via my blogger and wp blogs

Will it work if I post my blogger blog urls to my WP blogs and vice versa? or will the links be just ignored?

No it works you can traffic also from that both blog and also it passes PR juice to other blog.

I haven't encounter or read an issue about the two free blog hosting not possible to link each other. I believe it will work as long as the two are related or same niche.

as long as your blogs are related to the same niche
and you are not too hard with number of outgoing links per blog

Keep in mind that by default, the two blogging platforms are NOFOLLOW.
So Google, won't count these links as backlinks. Moreover, link exchange is not advisable. Better go for one way links. So it will result only in the targeted traffic.
If you convert your blogs into dofollow ones, then you will get the backlinks from both of them to both of them. But that won't be of any importance if both of them have just started. If you are linking a low PR site on a High PR one, then it's certainly useful.

It works.. Creating blogs to promote a website is a strategy resorted to by some in order to gather some backlinks because some are more concerned of quantity of backlinks rather than quality..

Yes of course it will count, but if it is a recip link then the weight may be lowered. If you have three blogs a three way link may be best Site A link to Site B Site B link to Site C and Site C link to Site A. This way none of the links look swaped.
