I still think the best method for getting high PR one way links is to buy some really good links. This way, you will be sure you`ll get something worth it.

My bad.. I thought this was the other post.. Well.! You could try link exchange or Buying links.?? Some ways to find pretty good links for a high PR..

Dear in my point of view, PR is no thing. Some real good ranking on search engine is real difficult task to accomplish.

Just keep on building quality links or better join in identi.ca it helps my other site to improve my PR when I used to join in that social micro-blogging site.

Buy good quality links or post quality content on Web2.0 sites.

it's not advisable to buy links.. you can get banned if google catch you

Find out High PR Blog Posts from Google that allows Do-Follow attribute links! then post it there i hope you can get bunch of them to advance your PR

you can get high PR back links by searching your desire keywords , either you can take the reciprocal and paid links as well..

One way high quality back links from Good Pr pages.. Try to get as many back link as you can but first see their PR and relevancy.

Another way that I've been thinking about lately is to provide real value to your visitors. If you are a programmer program something that is free on the theme of your web site. (People will link automatically to your web site for this)

If you provide real value or something unique that is of value then people will automatically link to you.

I am creating my site as an online research reference site, or a site which contains lots of valuable information all related to a a specific niche. Also containing lots of information about sub-related categories that meet that same niche.

Naturally it is impossible for one to read all of this information at once, but site visitors may need to refer to it later, so this makes people want to create a bookmark back to my page as it serves to them as a online reference rather than just an online site.

This has also helped me to secure lots of one-way backlinks, as I am being linked to as a biology reference site on directories and other private webmasters sites, who feel that my reference site could be valuable to their site visitors

Hence the creation of a ONE-WAY backlink to me, with no reciprocal link required linking back to them.

It all comes down to having content, which people both want and desire to link to, or having a site that is so good, other webmasters find it credible enough to place a link to on their sites.
