Is backlink will get us traffic?

Anyone know if backlink really guarantee us to get traffic?
I'm doing backlinking in 1 month and not seeing any improvement with my web traffic.

You can post articles on high pr article websites
You can get 200% plus traffic from article websites

There is no guarantees you will ever get traffic, especially if your English is bad, your site most likely is hard to understand and nobody would want to link to it. What I suggest is to take time to make a quality website which naturally attracts people to link to it. That is what Google and other search engines are really after, websites that they know their visitors want to see. Just getting a link a month to your site will probably be a complete waste of your time. There is so much more to it these days.

Basically our web site Ranking up with the help of Back link.Then we get more traffic.

Yes, you can drive more traffic to your site with the help of backlinks. More you can get higher ranking in Search Results and improve PR of your site as well with the help of backlinks.

Maybe start focusing more on writing great content for your site. Then people will naturally link to it and when people naturally post links more people will click them.

Going out on a limb here, but most people don't backlink for traffic.
They build up their backlinks for the advantage it will give them in the search engine rankings. That's where the big (+quality) traffic comes from.

I believe all the link building techniques does not help you in generating traffic but some of them attract some traffic towards the website such as Blog Comments,Articles and Bookmarking.

Actually directly very few back links drive traffic but yes it will help to raise your keyword position and thus it will help you to raise your traffic and yes 1 month is not a long period that you are expecting good traffic you still have to do more quality work

Yes,backlinks are helpful to get huge traffic,but it depends which method you are using.Try to use social bookmarking,articles,press releases,blog comments and forum posting.
