I need to do link exchange with PR 2 or PR 3 websites related to fashion and jewelry niche. Bellow is my requirement for link exchange

Linking page must have PR 2 or PR 3

No. of out bound links must not exceed to 10

If your Pr will get down in future, you have to provide me the link from same PR page as mine

Websites must be related to jewelry, gold, fashion and style.
