Will exchange links with any site (except porn, gambling) on a sitewide basis only.

First:
Put this on your site:

Second:
PM me the url where my link is at and it must be sitewide.
Also your anchor text (max 3 words) and url.

It will be placed at the bottom of Dawg Ad Board and remain there as long as my link is on your site.

The apathy here for link exchanges forces me to close this off.
