I would like to get 100 permanent one way links from PR3+ PAGES on sites related to Webmaster(Programming, Web Design, Hosting, etc.) sites.

THE SERVICE PROVIDER MUST:

1. Be ethical in their approach to link acquisition (no spam or black-hat techniques)
2. Demonstrate/Possessed a history of linkbuilding with at least 5 positive link building related reviews
3. You may use a safe proxy while submitting links(no harsh usage)
4. MANUALLY submit links - no automation or submission tools like Zeus, IBP & Arelis or similar/others.
5. Provide excel spreadsheets detailing the URL and PR of the pages upon which the acquired links appear

THE LINKS MUST:

1. Originate from PAGES with PR3+
2. Originate from SITES relevant to Webmaster niche
3. Originate from SITES authored wholly in English
4. Be PERMANENT 1 way links
5. Be on UNIQUE, geographically diverse IP addresses
6. Be on STATIC html pages
7. Appear on PAGES with at least 2 inbound links from different IPs
8. Appear on PAGES cached by Google within the last 45 days
9. Be indexable by Google, Yahoo, MSN, and other major SE's
10. Link DIRECTLY to the URLs I specify
11. Originate from PAGES with no more than 25 outbound links
12. Originate from SITES in the top 500000 in Alexa

THE PROVIDER MUST INCLUDE ALSO:

1. Earthy reasonable price
2. Strict time-frame(± 3 business days). If fail, payment will be negatively motioned.
3. Must be familiar with SEO and Website Promotion and work in safe AdSense environment.
4. Willing to contact and talk, not just grabbed the task and forget about.
