Yes, I have tried the word of mouth marketing techniques... I think nothing is better than word-of-mouth recommendation. I have used a widget called the SocialTwist Tell-a-Friend (h tt p:// tellafriend.socialtwist . com) button. If visitors like your website or post, they can email, blog, Twitter, or tell their friends about it on Facebook.

I think forums is the best way to increase the trafiic, but you should advertise your forum in any possible way - blogging, links or social nets.

Great ideas. However, in my experience, link exchange doesn't do much good if the exchanging webmaster doesn't place your link or banner on the perfect place in their pages.

Leave your site address in the video describtion box. Once people find your video interesting enough, they'd like to take an extra look at your site.
