This is only fake. Using some useless link bait will only disappoint your visitors.

Hmm, I would rather stick with the traffic am getting now than risk being banned by all my advertisers for faking impressions and traffic.

That's probably a bad idea. Sites who sell advertising and use those generators end up having a bad reputation. It's also a good way to be banned from various Google services. Not good advice at all.
