Marketing to Forum Owners/Administrators

How does one market a service to multiple forum owners and administrators? I own a Paid to Post in Forums business, and my general advertising up until now, has been fair. I'd like to up the ante a little and try to advertise to more forums. The only way I've found so far is contacting each and every individual forum administrator, which is tedious and slow-going. Anyone have any ideas?

Not sure how you can speed that process up, but one thing I would not bother with is the forums that are popular. This is because they will not need to pay for posters when they have enough free posters.

I would try to expand into different niches if I were you. Obviously, when a forum owner sees more activity, whether paid or unpaid, they will cease to purchase your services. Maybe, for example, commenting or something else. Good luck!
