I started a new discussion forum. Its for Asian men & women of all races to interact.

I have a few members but I really need to find a way to reach more people. I spent alot of money on setting up the site so I dont have tons of money to advertise.

Does anyone know where I can advertise my site free or for a little amount of money? Perhaps some place that would reach a good amount of asians as well as other race people.

I would appreciate any advertising links etc. I hope I posted this in the right place.

Best that you try posting on asian niched forums. You may also want to post on Yahoo groups as there are lots of asian groups there. Here are some other ways you could do to promote your site.

Free methods:
Submission to SE's and directories
Article marketing
Email campaign
Forums, blogs and board postings to targetted audience
Social Bookmarking
Etc. etc.

Premium ways: (Should require a budget)
Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
Targetted Link backs
Professional SEO services
Ad spaces
Offline campaigns
Etc. etc.

I am currenrly running 3 sites and all have got active forums and nice no. of visitors in them. I had been searchng aorund many things but finally one thing proves to me, and I am still using their services.

Just have a look @ the Paid Posting Sites and you will find some great deals with them. They will not only make additions to your forums but will advertise you @ the other forums and sites through posts and signatures. Have alook @ Postingpays.com as well as I am satisfied with their services currently.
