Cook kangaroo meat in fan forced oven.
Since kangaroo is a slow cooking meat, allow 3 hours for cooking to ensure the full flavor is brought out.
Bring water to a boil and place garlic, salt, bay leaves and peppercorns in.
After 2-3 minutes place kangaroo meat in until tender.
After 10 minutes remove bones from meat and further cook for 5 minutes.
Experiment with quantities of each ingredient to experience a fully unique flavor each time you use the recipe.
