Mike's Cuban Sandwiches

slice the loaf of bread length wise. Set aside the top half of the bread, on the bottom half of the bread, layer the ingredients in the following order (make sure you do it in this order)
Layer of pork loin
Layer of Ham
Layer of Cheese
pickles
mustard
Lay the top half of the loaf on top of all the ingredients, now that you have this large sandwich put together, get a bread knife, and slice a bit off each end of the loaf (to get rid of the butts) Now cut the sandwich into four equal parts.
Using a sandwich press, or one of those countertop grilling machines, grill and press the sandwiches, so they get squeezed down and get golden brown and the swiss is melting and oozing from the sides. Remove from grill, let stand for like a minute before cutting diagonally forming to triangles.

The script numbers each new line so you don't have to, you can edit it I am sure.

Sounds good but I don't like pickles or mustard.

That sounds amazing. And I've been on a kick of making at home all the things I normally order in restaurants (spicy tuna rolls were my last adventure)- this will be a good project.
