Take 2 large fresh free range eggs and break into a bowl.
Whisk eggs until the mixture is homogenous.
Add 30 ml (3 good tablespoons) of condensed milk and mix with the eggs thoroughly.
Pop 2 slices of bread in the toaster.
Transfer the egg mixture to a cold saucepan and warm slowly with continuous stirring (very important).
As the mixture warms through it will begin to scramble. Remove heat when desired level of scrambledness is achieved.
Add salmon to scrambled eggs and mix.
Transfer scrambled eggs and salmon to warm buttered toast.
Relax and enjoy. Get someone else to do the dishes!

Please note: CountryBoy does not endorse the use of ordinary cow's milk for this recipe. It can leave the eggs very watery, which has an adverse effect on your toast.
