Thread: 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Put dry ingredients in mug, and mix well Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT!

I'm out of eggs and chocolate chips or else I would make some for Red Hot Daddy. But he'd just want some vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream to go with it.

That was super myth spread by so call research. It has been proved that eggs do not contribute to bad cholesterol levels and that they are one of the healthiest foods for you.

On top of that, you could live on eggs and raw unpasteurized milk alone and live a full healthy life. They are two of the few complete protein foods.

Munching this as I type. Had to try it in the interest of..er...science . I used one spoonful less sugar, and forgot about the vanilla essence but chucked in some flaked almonds instead.

This would have to be THE most popular recipe on this site lol just so easy to make and tastes beautiful

Only had half last night. Had the other half this morning for breakfast.

Not the healthiest start to the day, but it sure tasted good. My gf also tried making one, but used brown rice flour, and that gave it a different consistency (of course I tried that one too).
