Thread: Invest in adwords - Produce in adsense?

Is investing in google adwords paid advertising good for generating clicks for adsense? if so how much of a return on the investment might one generate with a proxy or something like that? thanks for any help.

I think it would be a good possibility especially with a proxy site as those are becoming more and more popular. I know my husband and I's partner is up to $90 in adsense by using a proxy alone and without advertising with google adwords so there is a good chance.

I had tried this trick long back. Did not work for me .
I spent about $30 on adwords & earned using adsense about $15 i.e 4-5 $ extra than my average revenue that time.

I think spending on adwords is only worth if you are selling something .

But yes this may work, if you have tricks of getting clicks using less cost in adwords & have high eCPM in adsense .

It works pretty well as long as you are bidding on a lot of low cpc terms and your ads are directing people to your blog/site that display the higher paying ads.

It's a trial and error thing (also remember to block your own site under the adsense competitive ad filter, otherwise you could be displaying your own ad)

Can you shade more light on this.

I don't think it is wise to use adwords to earn from adsense. I stand corrected.
