Thread: MSN -> LIVE -> Bing

Whats are your toughs about Bing, the new (old) SE of MS. I've more visitors from their SE since their launch but maybe this is because people are testing it, because new launched

There are already at least 2 threads about Bing ( formerly Live ).

it is good strategy by MSN.....after changing the name of live to bing, msn come into the race..i think Bing has a potential to beat google or at-least challenge google..

Bing is good search engine.

Bing is a default search system of all IE's so many newbie of the internet use it. That is why the traffic from that search machine is not highly converted.

I love how my search listing looks in bing, also like how they have "popular links" also listed on my search listing.

I just wish that more of my pages were listed in bing, currently only my home page is listed in bing, but to side they show 4 "popular links" to some of my internal pages. but people can only see these if they move their mouse over to the right side of my listing so that they can see more info about my site.

Other than not having any more pages listed in bing, I am quite content with their search engine

The thing with new launches, people test it out, and if it is worse than the previous they simply go to a competitor, in this case the big G

Then you have good luck, But most say that it is more slower to be rank any site.
