Thread: PR Predicted 4!!

I know they are not 100% accurate but it has been showing a prediction on 0 since I started the site 1 year ago. Check it out:

Another one is predicted at 1 however I hope it will be higher.

I guess they predict it on the number of backlinks

Its not an accurate tool but it does give a good indication of your backlinks.

Its showing PR5 for my real estate website

sadly, its not accurate at all as it only takes the number of backlinks in mind with no regards to their quality, niche or PR making it totally useless

5 (5.4)...that will be shocking to me if I get that PR for TechnoBitez....

Do people still pay attention to PR?

Would you rather buy a site with 5 uniques per day and a PR4 or a site with 100 uniques per day and a PR1?

unless I was trying to sell something, a 100 uniques wont make me much money.
I'd take the PR4 website and then sell monthly sitewide links for $20+ each to the newbies on dp.

but then, the question isn't targeted at me

no one can ensure PR,Just build more backlinks

Advertising is "something".

Advertisers these days want to see traffic, not PR.

It says 5 for my site but I highly doubt it maybe 3 or 4 (it's 2 at the moment).
12000 odd backlinks though...

People still care about PR when it comes to text link sales. The higher the PR, the more $ your text link will fetch.

When it comes to banners and other visual ads traffic is king.

I get your point..!

It has shown a pr5 for one of my sites for about a year now but the site in question remains a pr3 still it is an interesting tool and it is nice to get a rough idea of how well a site is doing even if it is not 100% accurate.

My blog was predicted a PR4 From iwebtool and it ended up getting only PR1

Where as one site was expected a PR2 and ended up getting PR5

iWebtool is not Accurate

May be your site is a new one, or maybe your site has a very less number of backlinks. As the tool predicts the PR only if your site has a 100+ backlinks..!

That tool sucks

Oh i also check Pr with this iwebtool i love it and they are somewhat accurate..I have testing mine sites since 5-6 months with this tool and almost came accurate.They had predicted my site PR-5 last time and the site went from pr-2 to Pr-4 ,not bad.

Now they say Pr-6 and i'm hoping around it.

It's not accurate alright.. my site is pr4 and it predicted to be pr1..
