PR's are updated, What you should do in order to see it:


Go to: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Edit: hosts file (notepad)
Add: 127.0.0.1 localhost
209.85.173.147 toolbarqueries.google.com in the last 2 lines

Restart firefox with google toolbar.

Check your sites.

My sites:

1) pr0 to pr3
2) pr6 to pr6
3) pr5 to pr4

I would say late September or early October. Unless they keep us waiting for 6 months like they did last year.
